RE: Dell Financial Services

I have had a contract with Dell since Oct 1999 and my payments are drawn directly from my bank account monthly. Since January of this year I have been receiving phone calls on an average of 3 or more a week saying I owe them money. I finally requested a letter stating What specifically I owe them money for. I got a letter stating I owed them for my monthly payment and 47dollars for no specific purpose. I am very weary of answering my phone and getting the same call night after night.

 

I just purchased a legal program and am thinking of getting a lawyer involved in this. I pay my bill and if for some reason I do owe these people some additional money all they need to do is send me a bill stating WHAT I OWE them FOR if I owe this I will pay it but I'm not paying for anything till I get specifics. Am I unreasonable? I am not. They are harrassing me and I don"t like it.
