Stores, Computer Software - anti-ware.com unable to use / activate purchased program

Complaints.com received the following e-message on April 27, 2001:

RE: internet software order

On 4-27-01 I ordered a software program from anti-ware.com.It was paid for on line with a credit card. The name of the program was Mini-Golf hallenge 2. Iwas to receive an E-Mail with my order #988352183-4227-004. I did receive it. Ireceived the E-Mail acknowledging my order and charging my credit card. On this E-Mail I received a password which I needed to make this program work.

THE PASSWORD DOES NOT WORK but more important their Web site and E- Mail does not exist. Each time I tried to contact someone, I was infoirmed by the computer search that it did not exist.

I did contact the web site. This was of no use to me. I could not communicate with anyone to make them aware of my problem.

Can you help me?
