Internet Service Provider Internet Search Engines, Other From: Nancy Conklin Email User Date: Friday, April 20, 2001 03:01 PM I would like to inform anyone out there that runs into Xoasis.com or Oasis.com that something is fishy here. About a month ago I signed up with them and they deducted the money from my checking account for 6 months of service (actually I don't even remember the amount now.. think it was about $70.00).. anyway.. the access #'s they gave me for this area do NOT work. I have written them over 5 times and gotten NO reply. They do not have a technical support phone I can call. They have a 'chat' page that is supposed to be support but always says, 'this feature is down'. Their website is no help. I have nowhere to turn and don't know how to contact them. I am VERY frustrated. Just thought I'd get a low-key, lower rate than normal service provider.. fooled again??
