RE: Complaint regarding HP computer

Dear Sir,

The problem with the PC is that on booting all the three LEDs of the key board start glowing and then the keyboard gets hung. This problem is intermittant and it happens only on booting.

The complaint has been brought to notice of HP people but they have not been able to sort out the same. Thier dealer at Bhopal, Innovation , has not been able to do anything on this so far.Though they tried changing the keyboard, but the problem was not resolved.

I am pasting the communication that has transpired so far so that one can understand my agony.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had mailed my complaint to you in November wherein I had mentioned that

at times the three Leds glow together and the keyboard shows an error. When

this happens, you have to shut down the computer and then start again.

Even though you tried your best to solve the problem, I regret to say that

neiher you nor INNOVATION(at Bhopal ) could do anything to sort out this

problem. At times, I had to follow up only to see people come and fiddle

with the computer and then go back saying that everything is OK.Today, even

after registering my complaint within six months after the purchase of my

computer , the problem still persists. I have a feeling that you are waiting

for the warranty period to be over so that i do not have the right to bother

you. Even now when i have complained to Innovation, the desire to solve the

problem is really not there. Hopefully , one day Innovation will understand

what "word of mouth" can cause to him!

I do not see a solution coming coming from Hp or Innovation .

why should there be a problem in the first place ?

if at all there is one, why this lackadisical attitude?

do you think that we will ever buy a hp product?

Frankly speaking if the problem does not get resolved , may be we will have

to look for alternatives toget this sorted out that customers like us are

not tken for granted!

Finally from their auto reply, I spoke to the HP person at Bangalore only to be called by a Delhi person that there is a voltage problem.Strange, this kind of apathetic treatment from a worldclass company.

I hope you will forward my complaint to the relevant person so that the matter can be resolved at the earliest.
