Date: Tuesday, April 10, 2001 08:29 PM DISH has suspended my service, they say my checks bounced, but the checks NEVER made it to my bank account. One rude jerk named Gerry, told me my checks bounced, one loud rude woman told me they were returned for insufficient funds, and yet another said they returned for the wrong keyed in accnt #. WOAH, one tells the truth but the rest lie and try and pin it on me.

I just went thru this whole entire scene with GEICO insurance (see my complaint there). I am in the middle of a big dispute w/ DISH. Gerry also sneared the I would be charged $240 if I canceled before my 365 days. He also said to give him another check over the phone to take payment. I declined as they already have 2 of my checks somewhere.

And getting thru to any one who knows anything is impossible. No one wants to help. They are going to screw me if they can. Day 366 I'm gone. Never again use DISH network.
