Dealer Name : Maruti - Anna Nagar

We have booked for re-filling on 22/07/2014 and got an acknowledgement for booking on the same day itself. However after repeated follow ups we have received message of being cash memo generated on 07/08/2014 only.

However no cylinders were delivered till date.

We have received a message from Indane on 09/08/2014 stating that our refilling booking stands cancelled. On inquiry from the Dealer we were told that they got a report that "door closed" when the delivery man reached on 09/08/2014 and hence cancelled the billing.

Sir, In this context we wish to submit to you that :

1. There is no prior intimation that when the delivery will happen.

2. On 09/08/2014 we were just went outside for 10-15 mts., for procurement of medicines, as there were no prior intimation of your delivery,

3. It is not fair on their part to expect us to be at home always from the time of booking / generation of your cash memo.

4. Before cancelling the booking (Please understand that we are waiting since 22/07/2014 for 18 days) the courtesy demands to check once again physically or through call about the availability for delivery.

5. The curt response from the Agency officials is dis-heartening and painful.

We request you to kindly take up the matter with Indane and arrange for deliver of cylinder immediately without making us to wait for another 3 weeks which is against any natural justice.
