I ordered a spare tire cover from after providing my VIN and being assured by a customer service employee that it was the correct part for my vehicle. When the part arrived it was obvious that it would not fit my vehicle. After several email exchanges the company agreed to refund my invoice amount but refused to provide a prepaid shipping label to return the part. As a result, I was forced to pay $64 to return a part which never should have been shipped to me.

Subsequently, my dealer was able to quickly determine the correct part number in the national parts database.

I recommend that you exercise caution if you are considering purchasing from this company in order to avoid the bad experience I had.
