Consumer Cellular - Bad Practices by Customer Support

I have been a customer for years but when I ordered new phones, they deactivated my existing phone prior to receiving my new phone. I first emailed them and got no response. Then I found that the phone ordered for my wife had an invalid SIM when received so I called and they said they would send out a new one immediately. That was 6 days ago and I still have not received it and in the meantime they deactivated my wife's existing phone also.
