They terminated my contract of no reason. This company needs to be investigated about their business practices. They deliver drugs to pharmacies. they treat contractors like employees. Insurance fraud is an understatement

After 6 months of employment I was finally given a dedicated route. You, as a driver are required to pay for your own gas. My average fuel cost per week was $150.00. They also deduct about $50.00 per week for "administrative fees", regardless of how many days you worked, and they also charge each driver $20.00 a week for the hand held scanners (required for the job) and company shirts $20-30 each (also a requirement). They do not withhold any income tax. You must pay that yourself

My final week of work, a full 5 days, I brought home $235.00 after the deductions and before taxes. I was told In a text message from the branch manager, that my settlement (paycheck) for the week would be over $950.00. As If that is not bad enough. They deducted an additional $127.00 for cargo loss of a delivery that I was never assigned to, but, they can't find it in the warehouse and since they entered into the computer as my delivery, I was made responsible. This brought my check to $108.00.

So, $108.00 minus $154.00 That I paid for gas equals -$46.00. for the week. Did I mention that, in my house, I am the only one working. My wife had to take FMLA to care for our 4 year old little girl that is in the hospital fighting leukemia while I take care of our 2 year old little boy and go to school?

This company, in my opinion, is a fraud. They only take advantage of drivers
