I subscribed to AirIQ to track my limos. Two things went wrong.

1. the trackers spontaneously stopped working repeatedly. Note that I have replaced AirIQ with another service at the same price, for which I have experienced no outages.

2. there are outages in the service, and they advise that they do not credit customers for down-time because they are the fault of their suppliers.

I advised them I was no longer going to use these, and they continued to bill me as if I am using them. They are not even installed in the cars anymore. They have sicked Richard James and Associates on me and they call repeatedly to tell me I am going to be sued. Keep in mind there is no contract and I was not in violation of any agreement to terminate my usage. Maybe in Canada they don't understand, but here in the good ol USA, it is not legal to bill for services not rendered. The product, in my opinion, and in comparing them with the service I replaced them with, AIRIQ is junk. I would recommend Avoiding!
