My wife and I have been using TV Ears form many years. Recently they came out with a 5.0 version so we updated to that. We have had nothing but trouble ever since. The headphone "struts" are constantly breaking. My wife tries to be real careful but they break in her hands. The customer service department is terrible. Just about impossible to get hold of a technician or to get warranty services. Their call center seems to be constantly overwhelmed. They have a recording that comes on after we have waited for quite some time. The recording says to leave a phone number and they will call back. We called 04 04 14 and left our phone number. They called at 8:15 AM on 04 07 14 when we were still asleep. We are still waiting for them to call again. Their sales department, via e-mail, keeps referring us back to their technician phone number. We are an elderly couple and do not need all this aggravation. Do not buy from TV Ears.
