Medihear - Poor service, recurring fault after repair.

I am a elderly woman with no income or pension and I am deaf. I purchased a hearing aid from this company three years ago at a cost of R4,500. It worked for a while and then stopped working. I returned the aid for repair and was told it was the 'receiver'. This was repaired after a long period of several weeks (being told it had been done and despatched, then 'someone forgot' 'the courier has lost it') at a cost of R986.80. Eight months later, the same thing happened again. I couriered it to them once more for repair and was told that the 'receiver' had gone. I e mailed them back to point out that it had been repaired only eight months before for the same fault, how could this part have 'gone' again so soon and asked for an explanation. This was nearly four weeks ago.

They have ignored all my e mailed requests for an update, I have not received my aid back, broken or repaired I have since discovered that this company is well know for this type of thing.
