Lenovo - Appalling Customer Service/ Mislleading delivery dates

Ordered a new Laptop required for business due to dying current laptop dying and was given an estimated shipping date of 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I had received no confirmation of shipping and no update to apologise for the delay, or a revised shipping date. I emailed customer service to complain and after one week I have still received no explanation or apology. Today I received an automated shipping confirmation email which states delivery will be 3 - 6 business days. All in all if that proves correct that will be 5 weeks! Shocking - the worst bit is that no-one can be bothered to contact me!
