Best Buy has the worst incompetent employees EVER. I was sold an iPad 4th generation when I thought I was buying an iPad Air. When I found out the error and took the iPad back for a rightful exchange, Best Buy told me they couldn't do anything because "it was out of the exchange period." What? IT was them who sold me the wrong product in the first place! Unbelievable! Forget about 1800-BEST-BUY customer service line. No follow up. They kept giving me the run around and then hung up on me. Forget you Best Buy. When you go out of business, and you WILL. I will be in 1 of millions of people cheering.
