Sears - Catologue order not received

December 21,2013 I ordered a ladies watch from the website. The watch stated to be in stock and as per website terms in stock orders will be shipped within 2-6 business days.

Dec. 29 I called to inquire status of order and was told would be at store for pick up Dec. 30. Went to the store but watch wasn't in.

Have since sent out many emails inquiring about the order and neither one has been answered.

I paid for the order by credit card and even though I haven't received it, I'm being charged interest.

It is now January 14, 2014 and still no watch nor has anyone contacted me about the status of my order.
