SiriusXM - Account "interruption" calls

On three occasions in the last two months, I received "RoboCalls" from SiriusXM telling me that there is a problem with my account and my service will be interrupted. I call back and their automated system tells me there are no billing issues. AI ask for an agent. They tell me there are no billing issues and ask me to hold while they "fix" the problem. One agent then tried to up-sell my service! Very uncool!
