Dish Network - Dish Doubled Our Bill Without Warning

I happened to glance at the Dish bill on Christmas Day and the amount was double what we had been paying. No explanation, no nothing. We never use pay per view or any extras. We are baffled.

I realize this was from awhile ago but wanted to check in with you to make sure everything got cleared up.
