I BOUGHT TV FROM LG IN TURKEY, AFTER USED ALMOST 1, 5 YEAR TV STOPED TO SHOW ANYTHING. I CALL LG SERVICE. THEY COME TO MY HOME TO TAKE TV. WHILE SERVICE PERSONEL TAKING TV THEY TOLD ME "TV PROBLEM SEEMS MAIN BOARD OR PANEL", THEY ADD "IT CANT BE REPAIRED." COUPLE DAYS LATER SOMEONE FROM LG SERVICE CALLED ME AND HE SAID TO ME THAT SERVICE FOUND SOME WATER IN TV . BECAUSE OF THAT THEY GAVE ME MY TV BACK. UNDER GUARANTEE LG SERVICE DIDNT ACCEPT TO FIX TV. I WENT TO JUDGE , 1 YEAR LATER JUDGE GAVE THE DECISION THAT IM RIGHT AND THERE WAS NO WATER IN TV. NOW IM ASKIN LG MANAGEMENT "WHAT SOULD I DO? AFTER JUDGE DECISION IN TURKEY FROM LG COMPANY NOBODY CALLED ME. IF YOU ARE TALKING ABOUTH CUSTEMER SATISFACTION PLZ BE RESPONSIBLE . I HAVE TV GUARANTEE AND LG SERVICE SAYING THAT THEY WILL NOT FIX MY TV.I WILL NOT STOP TO SEEK MY RIGHTS. THX
