Bought a hood for a wolf range hood on Sept 6, 2013 with a promised delivery date of 4 to 6 weeks.

On October 15, I called to inquire about the delivery date. One hour later I received a call from the sales person to inform me that my item is on back order, and it will be at least 4 to 6 weeks more, but not guaranteed. I asked that the store manager call me to discuss the order.

Jim, the store manager, called me and said that he will look into it and will get back with me in a day or two. Jim did not call me back.

The sales rep called me Oct 18, around 11am to tell me that nothing could be done to ensure that I receive the hood in time for Thanks Giving. Where I have about 120 guests for dinner.

I called back, and spoke to Jim again and the response was SORRY there is nothing we can do.

I asked Jim for a refund over the phone. Jim said it can't be done it must be in person.

Very convenient. .
