Wynn Las Vegas - wynn las vegas bad service

I stayed at Wynn room 2928 from October 5th until October 12th. I spent a good week in terms of Reception, but I was supposed to receive some items from Amazon on friday. So, I received an email telling that those items were delivered to Dock. I went down and searched for them at front desk and Bell Captain, but everyone told me that they did not receive any items. So, I left Las Vegas today back to Brazil, and Amazon said that those items were received at Wynn, and I would lose the money I spent. I sent more than 10 emails to guest relations and business center and until now no answer. Do you consider this 5 star hotel really a good one?
