I have a newly installed water heater. Try to find an appropriate person to help with the service contract. First everyone want all you ID but refuses to give you their information. as soon as the information is incorrect the first thing the company aslks for is WHO DID YOU TALK TO AND WHAT OFFICE WAS HE IN?? All questions the idiots who answer refuse to answer. Then the phone tree there is no easy way to know who one is talking to I dialed a GE number and got some secondary company Assurant...WHF? No one has a supervisor after 35 minutes I finally got things sorted out. My time is not valuable to anyone at GE but that is how I make a living so I just see my time fleeting...but the idiots got me so mad that I'm willing to invest 10min to write this complaint.
