I sold a laptop on I listed the condition as screen is cracked. I am selling as is for parts. (I have the proof of this). The customer wanted to return the laptop after she bought it. I didn't see the notification until 8 days later. Amazon said that since I didn't reply to the complaint within their time frame; that the customer could get their refund and keep the product. Which mean I am out of the money and don't have the product.
