Flymax - SAS Airlines, customer care totally absent, no email answer

On the 29 june 2013 I made a missing luggage report at Bergen Airport in Norway at the SAS lost and found desk.

In August I sent 3 email and 1 fax to ask the procedures to be refunded for my lost baggage, but they have never never answered me!

It seems traveller and not important anymore at the moment they get off from the plane.

They don't want to pay, so they don't answer.Easy!
