This email is written to complaint for staffs, especially receptionist, at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G. I am very unhappy and DISSATISFIED with the level of service from the Pullman Pattaya Hotel G regarding my recent stay on Aug 30, 2013.

I desired to spend my vacation at this hotel with my love one for our 2 years anniversary. I booked one ?Deluxe Room with a king-size bed? at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G on Aug 30, 2013. Reservation 1308300513 can be found in email trail below.

I did check-in at hotel on Aug 30, 2013 around 4.30 pm. I finally found that I could only get room with twin beds (Room 303). When I asked for king-size bed, receptionist said to me that no king-size bed is available, and based on her reservation information in system, there was no indication that I requested king-size bed. The only option they could do for me was to move twin beds closer to one another.

I had no other option, but to accept this room as I did not want to spend time to find other hotels, which would prevent me to enjoy my special occasion. It was very uncomfortable for me to sleep at night as there was a gap between two twin beds. My love one and I did not enjoy stay there the whole night.

It was my first time staying at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G, and it will be my last time if no reasonable explanation is provided to me for this incident. I wish I could get my redeemed ROP voucher back and stay in another hotel, which would provide me the better level of service then Pullman Pattaya hotel G.
