Magic Jack - Bad customer service

I have been trying to resolve a problem with Magic Jack customer service for 9 months. I can't use my device, it seems they have de-activated it. I have gone through customer service at least 6 times and am assured I will be contacted by the 'correct department' who will resolve my issue. That does not happen. EVER.

If there is no customer service, the product is worthless.

Beware when buying the product that you will be given NO ASSISTANCE.
