A name is nothing just an apparel to some companies that you can change whenever you feel like. Why such companies frequently change their name? For a very viable reason, they change the name - to carry on their shady operations and fraudulence in new regions and markets.

According to the present marketing situation, big and small business owners are in the constant race to make profits. This greed for making profits has led them to adopt all possible wrong means.

Talking of companies who love to seek new names just like costume change are many in number. However, we are talking about a prominent lead generation service who has a great market share in the UK outsourcing industry. Yes, we are going to take the name of Phruit Limited. Currently it is operating under the name of Communication Avenue Limited.

Let us take you three years back in August 2010, a single complaint cornered Phruit. The charge of sugging was brought against them. In fact, they have broken three essential principles of Direct Marketing Commission ?

? 3.11 under which Phruit has a responsibility for compliance by suppliers

This led the commission to suspend Phruit Limited from membership of Direct Marketing Association for one year. The suspension could be removed if they can prove that they are not guilty of the accusation. Yet, not they have proved it to DMA. It has earned them bad reputation, but looking at their present fraudulent actions it seems that they have not learnt from their mistakes.

They are carrying on with their unethical marketing tactics to befool clients and customers in different regions. Their treachery does not stop here. Phruit Limited has cheated a number of call centers in India and the Philippine region. They robbed their payments citing various petty reasons ?

? Poor work quality

? Absence of non-disclosure agreement

? Not having proper paperwork

As a result of this, the call center companies have started to take action against Phruit. They are taking legal steps. To save themselves from these legal charges Phruit have changed their name to Communication Avenue Limited.

Checks out the past records of Phruit to know what are their business aims, and how they work. Do they follow the business ethics? How Phruit cheated their customers and clients in the past? Since, even if they seek refuge under a new name, they won?t leave their unethical practices.

Take a heed and do not trust the new alias of Phruit. Do not enter any transaction with them, and if you have entered, make sure that they don?t deceive you.

this is the biggest load of rubbish i have ever heard

you obviously are an ex employee and there is no foundation to these claims
