Flowers were ordered on line and charged to my credit card. Viewing was scheduled for Jul 14. Under special instructions,the form asks you to enter the VIEWING TIMES if you know them. I entered 2 to 5. I waited all afternoon and was getting ready to leave when the flowers were delivered at 5 min. to 5. Most people had left. I contacted Just Flowers ON Jul 15 and received an e-mail apology which stated that it would be taken off my charge. It is still on my charge account, which I just received this week. Numerous calls to Just Flowers resulting that it was delivered even though it was closing time so there is nothing they can do about it. Whoever they sub-contracted with said they would not do anything about it because it was over a month since Just Flowers contacted them. I ordered the flowers on Jul 12 delivery to be on Jul 14. I contacted Just Flowers on July 15 and received an apology e-mail dated July 15 well within their delivery problem date. THIS IS AWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICE.
