We purchased the fridge in December 2012. After the 3rd repair, I started to demand replacement. They treat me like I am a nuisance or ignore me. At the 4th repair, I sent a letter to corporate, quoting lines from their customer service quality promise. Ha! I received a call after a week of no response and a scathing put down on their FB page. They offered an extended warranty and told me they would be sending it via email. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a thing. This morning, I got up to discover we are having problems again! But Whirlpool is not available on the weekend. I dread having to deal with them again, especially after reading several other consumers issues with bad products and Whirlpools complete lack of response or willingness to stand behind their products.
