Everyone that reads this and has had this happen to them, PLEASE go to the Federal Trade Commission's website @: http://www.ftc.gov . File a report with the Federal Trade Commission for "unjust enrichment".

One of the definitions of unjust enrichment is:

"

A general equitable principle that no person should be allowed to profit at another's expense without making restitution for the reasonable value of any property, services, or other benefits that have been unfairly received and retained.

"

What this company is doing clearly violates State and Federal Law(s) and I'll be more than happy to start a class-action lawsuit if we can get enough victims that this company scammed out of their hard-earned money. All that parkingticket.com does is provide completely useless dismissal letters such as:

1)the fine is excessive and

2)the ticket is just to fill a quota. I could not believe that I paid to have these excuses used!

A single-cell organism could probably come up with that, with a much quicker turn-around time. And on top of it they have the audacity to refuse refund.

Please use the following sites if you wish to see justice served:

http://www.ftc.gov

http://www.bbb.org

http://www.consumer-action.org/

http://www.pissedconsumer.com/

Post your experience with parkingticket.com, submit all info to the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau, consumer-action.org and any other similar sites. With enough reports to the Federal Trade Commission, Federal will take over from there and take care of what should be done. Personally I'm filing a lawsuit against them, and making sure the unsuspecting public knows about this fraudulent company.

Bottom line is: JUST PAY YOUR TICKETS! you'll end up paying 100% of your ticket's value instead of 150% through parkingticket.com .
