Spoke to customer service and asked about making several account changes. We were told that there was no problem in doing this. However, we were given incorrect information, and account changes were frozen after 3 changes in the billing cycle. We were then given this information leaving us with account settings that were unsatisfactory for almost an entire month. We were told that there was no way to override the system. We asked to speak to a manager, and when this conversation was unsatisfactory, we asked to speak to a supervisor. We were told this "supervisor" named "Doug" - no last name - would call us. This never happened. We wrote a letter of complaint several weeks ago which remains unanswered. Verizon has demonstrated a complete lack of care or concern for customers. There is no email address or way to contact management other than to send a letter (which we did and received no response). This is not the first time that we have been given incorrect information or different information from representatives, but it is the first time that it has caused a major inconvenience.
