Sears - 3 week lead time for Master Protection Agreement Repairs

Our Kenmore washer is not working properly. We had a repair done on this in May of 2013 and the same problem has recurred.

The first time we had a two week lead time, which I though was excessive. This time we have a 3 week lead time. We have to use the laundramat in the meantime.

When I complained to the service representative and asked for a phone number for a manager, she put me on hold for 10 minutes, came back on and rather rudely informed me I'd have to wait a minute longer. After waiting 5 minutes I finally hung up.

I paid close to $1000 for this agreement. I thought I'd get quicker service, not slower service. I also don't like being put on hold as a strategy for keeping me from bothering a service representative.
