Dear sir/madam,

I M Dhaval shah from Vadodara, Gujarat.

I had purchased Dell mobile and then it was found faulty.

I went to service center - they format it 3 times and I had loss my all data.

Then 4Th time I went to service center they had send it to company's service center.

I had received new swap unit but same with faulty unit.

It happened 4 times I had received 4 swap unit when I had done conversation through email to there customer care executive.

Still I m not heaving complete mobile.

Now they are asking me to take another model on extra charges.

but Dell mobile is out of market, then why i should take it.

Dell service center is also closed in our city.

They are asking me on Phone to send it through courier on my charge -to Bangalore.

I always asked them to give me my money back, they ask me that it is not possible, if you need same mobile they send it.But I dont want to try 5th one.

Note: I have all correspondence record if you need

I need my money back from Dell R U really touch with Dell India.

Please look at there mails ,they r contct me after long time with same answer.Is this answer is justified as why i should pay for courier charges or any charges when they are agree to replce it.

Dell`s Mobile service is a ?Carry-in` service, wherein customer need to walk-in to the nearest service center for any mobile issues.

Or you can courier the handset the service center also.

In your case we can replace the handset only with the XCD 35 only. But if you are looking to go for upgrade model you need to make the difference amount.
