Five months ago we ordered a GreenOrganics cookware set. I arrived in a pooly repacked and damaged condition. The large pan was missing and a pot was damaged on it's inside. We complained and eventually received a returm merchandise authotization. The set was heavy and I could barely carry it. Nomorerack wrote to return it USPS. We returned by UPS for $68. We waited 4 months to get a partial refund of $35.47, the USPS price. We had to go through PayPAl to get the refund. Their policy is to issue it to the creditcard' We sent over 20 emails and a letter to an executive to get the refund. They had tons of red tape to go through, can't find the return, do you have a receipt and more. Each time we contacted their support the person had a different name. Must have a lot of complaints. We were good customers, even ordered a different set.
