- Bad Service

I ordered three parts from the website and paid for overnight shipping. I expected it to be shipped Monday 5-13-13 and receive by Tuesday...NOPE...Every time I called for a status, all they could tell me is that I should receive an update in 24 hours. I asked for a cancellation of my order and was supposed to get a call back from a supervisor the same day and that also did not happen. I had to call and to find out the same answer after speaking with another supervisor. Then this AM I receive a message that the order was shipped the day before. Very bad communication between the sales section and the warehouse. I have ordered parts before with no issues, but after this incident I will NEVER order from them again or recommend anyone to them. Everyone I spoke with acted like it was no big deal. I was so frustrated that I was crying and sick to my stomach. Not good customer service at all.
