I made a mistake on booking a flight and immediately called but they said they couldn't refund it and I'd have to pay again and rebook, but I'd have the refund in 5 business days. It has been over a month! I called after 3 weeks and was told it was with the airline, but the airline said they never got the funds as it was cancelled so quickly. I called Hotwire back and they told me they were TOO BUSY to take care of it and it could be 2 more months!!!!!!! NEVER USE HOTWIRE!!!!! IT HAS NOW BEEN 3 MONTHS AND NO REFUND OR APOLOGY.
