Let me share my personal experience which i came through in clientele consultancy service. First of all, its not an IT company. They recruit peoples in back door process. For that they charge 50k to 1.50lac max as per candidates requirement. For those who pay 50k, they fix salary as 3k/month ( for 6 months ) and for those who pay 1 lac, they fix salary as 8.5k/months ( for 6 months ) and for those who pay 1.5lac, they fix salary as 12 to 13k ( for 6 months ). But, they don t pay salary as they mention in your offer letter. First of they don have projects, they don train you, they have created and set up liked IT company. But totally its a fake one. One more thing, they will mention in your salary split up sheet as, Component Monthly(Rs)

Basic 2884.825

HRA 1800.573

Conveyance 2692.503

Flexible Benefit Plan 4423.398(They don pay any PF for this, then i don know why they have added this benefit play - This amt is detected from your salary )

Medical 961.6083 ( They don provide any medical leave and don provide this money for medical expenses - This amt is detected from your salary )

Th(A-B) 8077.51

Total - (PLVC) NA ( This is not applicable forever, they just mentioned for formality )

Total(A) 12800.91 ( This is actual salary they mention ) But finally you will be getting only 5000 to 6000 / month.

They don provide any leisure hours, have to take breakfast and lunch inside the office ( compulsory ), if we put 1 day leave in case of emergency they will put 3 days loss of pay. They don outsource to any company too, they have tie with some stupid consultancy like them. they just act like that there is client interview just go and attend. finally that too will be consultancy who will be doing part time IT projects. They select them as temp basis by signing a bond that if performance is not well for 3 months, the consultancy will terminate them. Here after the candidates gets selected, they ask to put sign in their letter that the candidate got job because of clientele. They are playing very brilliant game in candidates life. so many joined and so many went out by loosing their career, time and money by joining here. The persons working as hr, TL and management are good for nothing. All guys are fraud.

Anitha (management)- Nobody knows what is doing, use to come by 9 to office, have chit chat and will go back by 6. ( Useless one )

Anjali (management)- Good for nothing. Will come with complete makeup kit, don know whether she had entered school or not in her life. Just talk to her english and you will find it out.

Hanish (Hr) - She is worst creature i have seen ever. I don know how she herself call as Hr. This position have some valuable thing to do for the candidates who believes and come to a company. But, She is one who is play vital game in candidates life.

Murali (TL)- Murali, he himself called as Networking TL. But actually is a Tea boy there who is come out to say tea has come, lunch has come. If you ask what is network to him, then you will come to know. Actually he is girl i think who has wear gents dress, His work is to sit in Anitha and Anjali cabin (10 min in anjali cabin and 10 min in anitha cabin ). Don know what he is doing actually. Sometimes catch Hanisha's Tupatta and walk around the office. Useless gay... They run this Firm with some political background it seems. Hope, Consumer complaints and TN Govt will take steps to Save peoples likes us from this kinds of fake and fraud companies.

So Friends, this is drama going on in clientele consultancy service. Pls don waste your time, career and money by getting into this fake and fraud shop. Please be aware friends and pass these msg to everyone, so that we can save their life and career.

it is not at all a company they are just fooling the people by telling that they are giving job opportunities even for 2010,2009 passed outs like that. so please don't believe. they started the company only to fool the people and get the hard earned money. no use in going there. please do believe me. please please please. don't waste your time, career, and money. everything is utter waste.
