i am was using your reliance net-connect+, but every time i am receiving the bill of extra usage and when i requested to get the device disconnected i was given a request id and told that the device would be disconnected in a span of 7 days but till now this has not happened and i am still receiving the bill even though i am not using the device. the request to disconnect was given on 9th of january and its id is 195755423. Is this the way you cheat your customers and do fraud with them this has happened 2nd to 3rd time with me. First of all you customer service executives are really poor in customer service since every time i talk to them they tell me that they will check the request but no response is given after that. Is this what you call customer service?? i am really dissapointed by your executives and even your services. i am still receiving the bill without any reason and usage of the services.Hope that my problem will be taken care soon i request to close my connection and and dont send any more bills since i have not made use of the services. Please answer my request soon and also tell me the way by which i can file a case against the billing. i want my device to by disconnected immediately without any delay and also help me in closing my account. i have also received the bill of unusages and extra usages which are of no meaning since i have not used them
