I order 2 items from site feelunique.com at 10th of January. If you will check the official information in "Delivery information" you will see that Free Delivery in Europe takes 5-10 work days (i ordered stuff to Germany). After two weeks i connected with company by care@feelunique.com email address, and i explained my situation, that i didn't get my order and i want my money back. But in answer i got an email which said that I have to wait 29 for international order and until that time they can't do anything. Why there are no such information on site and why should i wait for such a long period of time. But they didn't do anything to make me feel better after such information. So it is 20th of February today! I still didn't get my order, for sure i didn't get my money back and i didn't even get an email with apologize.
This is the last company i will trust next time. Nobody cares the customers in this company and there lots of competitors in the market.
