I recently switched electric providers; I paid my last invoice. A couple weeks later I received a notice that I owed $104 and it would go to a collection agency if not paid. I asked for and received a payment history from the company. The amounts owed and paid for each of the last 12 months were shown on their documentation. A sum of both amounts shows that I have paid all amounts due. The company has, to date, ignored their own documented payment history and insists that I owe $104. The invoice they are showing me is included in their own payment history. The company has not yet resolved this issue. They should "do the math"!
