Mr Sandless "refinished" my hardwood floors 12/17/12. The following day the company representative examined the work and noted that the sander drum is sometimes "off" and ridges are left every 2 inches throughout the entire floor. He said he would have the problem corrected - however he was never returned my numerious calls to reschedule and I am left with damaged floors!
