I was charged more than $600 over their quote, and not because of insurance discrepancies. It was there mistake on the original quote which I gave them a copy, discussed it with them, and I thought everything was settled. I did not receive a bill until 3 years later when they are threatening to send my outstanding debt to a collection agency. So upon calling them, they admitted the person I dealt with (no longer there) made alot of mistakes but they still would not credit me even though it was due to their incompetant staff.
