They sold product out of warrenty and the manufacturer refused to stand behind it as it was out of their time line. HP all in one 5610 model total junk. STaples sells it and has a 14 day return policy then refers you to the Manufacturer HP but staples sold it after it was out of HP's warrenty time frame. they both SUCK.
