I ordered boots for my grandaughter on 1-12-2013 on line from Nomorerack.com. Today is 2-5-2013, I have not received the boots. I emailed Nomorerack on 1-31-2013 asking them where is my order. I never received a response from Nomorerack. So, I called Nomorerack and was told they would investigate. That was last week. I have not heard from them. The service is terrible.

Nomorerack - boots ordered never received - told me refund - 1 1/2 mos later no refund - I had my bank reversed credit card charges. One week later all settled. I am no longer doing business with this company. Have blocked their emails in addition to unsuscribing. Going to Zappos from now on.
