i called francisco on 1/27/13 which i found his # off of a newspaper called the thrifty nickel. he said he offered free estimates, pick up & home delivery after the job is done.he picked up my tv the next day which was 1/28/13. he said he would contact me once he figured out the problem. well next day 1/29/13 he said the tv problem was the power supply which he had already fixed without consulting me first. i was first surprised but said ok go ahead & bring back so i can pay you. he arrived around 2ish with my tv then he placed back on my tv stand i noticed it was tilted wasn't standing straight. he then fixed & i paid him then he said he guaranteed his wrk for 90 days. i watched tv for abt 2 hrs shut it off then when i tried to turn bk on it kept flickering with no picture. called this guy bk said he would come today 1/30/13 then he said maybe tomorrow seems hes making excuses. he said he fixed the problem & that he can't work miracles. called him bk 30 min later he shut his phone off. shady guy scams ppl for their hard earned money....
