Come See the Softer Side of Sears
Soft on their promises.
Easygoing with my credit details so that my bank insisted my details were changes before they were compromised.
Smooth when it came to palming me off blaming their 3rd party vendors who hadn?t even received my order.
Quiet when it came to responding to my communications (still awaiting responses following letters to CEO and Chairman).
In short, I ordered a phone, Sears secured my payment and that?s when the trouble begun. International calls at my expense, over 40 time wasting emails, atrocious customer service ? and that?s just the start.
The Lesson? ? Sears ?softer side? is the flexible, easygoing, weak and lax approach to keeping their word and honouring their offers. My experience SHOUTS out to others NOT to buy from Sears and risk putting yourself through the misery I?ve endured.
