My mother paid extra for what was supposed to be a nice, good quality oven. The door has never worked right. You open the door and the whole door juts out. You have to try to push it back into place. Whirlpool e-mailed me that they would not stand behind their product. We paid for a repair guy to come out who said the hinge of the door could not be fixed, and Whirlpool wouldn't even pay the repair fee. We bought another oven and ate the cost of the defective Whirlpool oven. Whirlpool has been extremely rude on top of not doing anything.

I am writing a ton of reviews online about Whirlpool to warn you so you do not fall victim to Whirlpool too.
