I returned a non working tablet to Sears.com on 1/16/13.I have called and emailed them several times to resolve this issue.No answsers.i sent it back usps signatur required and i have tracking no. and they signed for it.They refuse to refund my money or exchange the tablet.I originally purchased it on 12/18/12 received it on 12/28/12 and sent it back 1/14/13.I dont know what to do at this point.
