I was notified (in the middle of making an ophthalmologist appointment) that I was out of "airtime". The following day, I went on their website with a "TracFone Savings Book" (a booklet that was sent to me by mail shortly after I purchased the phone, to buy more time. The :Savings Book" contained coupons and, among others, I selected to purchase 200 minutes with a total of 240 "bonus" minutes, i.e. a total of 240 minutes as stated on the coupon. The 200 minute rate was, I believe, $39.99. I entered the "promo code" in the order form.

In the end, my credit card was charged some $77 and change. Some "promo"!

Beware of TracFone. These guys are crooks!
