incredimail - auto-renewals

i recently received a 49.95 billing on my credit card from incredimail e-mail services, although i canceled 2 years ago, i received a new renewal with draw from creitt card...cant not reach any one to stop this with drawl, only step i can think of is to cancel card..? any info help-ful

Hi there i am having trouble with incredimail 2 it keeps force closing i am tired of sending reports nothing gets done what can i do .....and i like using it if this can't be fixed i will have to cancel it......cheers Nola

I did not authorize renewal for Inv.#94434, Order #5793193 $37.50. Please credit my credit card. Originally could not install or get help, do not want to renew.
