Purchased Immunet Plus software online 1/13/13, downloaded & installed it; but after extensive and lengthy effort it still does not work and I would appreciate a refund. When I click on Immunet icon nothing happens. Left voice message for Customer Support on 1/13 & also spoke with Immunet Delhi Tech Support on 1/15 - after one hour technician Puneet and supervisor Mageed were unable to fix problem by remote control. Requested Refund of $34.95 purchase price & was told they could not provide it. Followed Immunet support email instructions on 1/15 and software still would not work. Called Immunet Headquarters & they were unable to provide a refund or to advise how I might obtain a refund. Would appreciate refund of my payment as the software is not working.
